James is a highly skilled Director in our Corporate Finance division based in our Nottingham office. With over 20 years of experience in advising and managing deals from start to finish, James is an expert at delivering the optimum outcome for his clients.

His pragmatic leadership style allows him to efficiently navigate the complexities of buy-side and sell-side mandates, drawing on his experience as a business owner before, during, and after the last recession. With transaction experience up to £40 million in value, James has an extensive background working with a wide range of businesses and industries, building strong relationships with financial and professional communities across the Midlands.

While James has extensive expertise working in all sectors, he also obtains specialised knowledge in the fire & security sector, where he has demonstrated exceptional results. Clients appreciate his strategic insight, as well as his commitment to delivering results with integrity and transparency.
