David is a Corporate Finance Director based in our Derby office, with over ten years of experience advising owner-managed and mid-corporate businesses on a range of corporate finance transactions.

Specialising in providing intensive management of corporate acquisitions, management buyouts, mergers, and sales, David optimises the transaction for the client, ensuring it is delivered swiftly and efficiently, with minimum risk and at the best value.

David has an extensive career working with clients in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, leisure, engineering, retail, printing/packaging, transport, and IT. David also has specialised experience in the fast-food franchise area, having worked on numerous assignments for internationally renowned brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, and Domino’s. With his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market, David ensures that clients achieve their objectives and maximise the value of their transactions.
