Tom is a Partner in our London office’s Business Taxes team and a member of the Spanish desk.

Tom specialises in advising listed and private companies with UK and overseas shareholders across a range of sectors. He works closely with audit and corporate finance colleagues to ensure his clients’ tax strategies meet their commercial objectives. Tom has extensive cross border experience and acts for a significant number of overseas groups, advising on their international tax strategy and the UK tax implications of global structures. A native Spanish speaker, Tom advises many Spanish and Latin American businesses.

With extensive property experience, Tom is a member of the Real Estate team advising UK and overseas companies and their shareholders on structuring their UK property investment and trading activities, providing support on acquisitions and disposals, and ensuring they meet their ongoing UK tax compliance obligations.

Tom has more than 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Tax and spent much of his early career with the Big Four.
