Darren leads PKF’s Corporate Finance division in Birmingham, utilising his specialism of disposals to advise business owners.

Focusing on driving forward processes to swiftly and efficiently maximise value whilst simultaneously minimising risk, Darren is passionate about working with local entrepreneurs and designing innovative solutions to meet clients’ aspirations. His track record for executing regional, national, and global sale mandates is second-to-none.

Darren has 20 years’ experience relating to raising finance, manager buyouts, corporate disposals, strategic reviews, and acquisitions, striving to model best practice in his work. Although his enthusiasm is predominantly for delivering value for entrepreneurs, owner-managers, and SMEs, he has also gained considerable experience working with large corporates and private equity houses. With in-depth knowledge of the automotive, specialist engineering, and financial sectors – leading Deloitte’s national automotive Corporate Finance team earlier in his career – Darren possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to his role.
