Damian specialises in corporate and business tax advisory and heads the Exeter Corporate Tax and Tax Advisory team.

He provides advice on all corporate tax matters specialising in corporate restructuring, shareholder taxation and planning for and dealing with the tax aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.

He is the head of tax operations, responsible for the tax practice’s training, operational standards and risk management as well as human and knowledge resources.

Prior to joining PKF, Damian worked with a ‘Big 4’ firm in London and the South East dealing with corporate tax compliance and transaction tax advisory for clients ranging from multinationals to local owner-managed businesses.
