Benny is a Director in our London office’s Financial Services team.

Benny is experienced in providing audit services to a wide range of clients including traditional asset managers, private equity houses, venture capital businesses, brokers and wealth managers.

Well-versed in working with businesses from start-up to global corporate groups and family offices, he has led the audit of management entities and the audit of funds (UCITS, Investment Trusts, PE funds), for private and AIM and LSE listed companies.

Benny is pragmatic is his audit approach, investing time to understand each clients’ business well. He uses his extensive knowledge of accounting and relevant reporting requirements, including IFRS and FRS and SORPs, to help clients with the challenges they face and ensure they are compliant.

Benny is also well versed in the FCA rules within CASS 6, 7 and leads CASS audit engagements for FCA regulated clients (both limited assurance and reasonable assurance).
