Based in our Birmingham office, Adam is the Tax Partner specialising in Transactional Tax, whilst also advising and assisting with various other tax services.

Passionate about identifying the best solution for clients, Adam seeks to mitigate their exposure to transactional taxes, whilst also ensuring that sight of long-term commercial objectives is not lost. His broad knowledge across the tax spectrum means that he is well-placed to advise owner-managers on both corporate and personal tax matters.

Adam has over 15 years of experience in the profession, gaining a wealth of knowledge and understanding regarding the different forms of tax and advisory services related to it. More recently, Adam has been more involved in the world of sales and acquisitions, working on transactions with equity values between £1m and £2.4bn.
