The Digital Project Manager will manage delivery of technology change and coordinate project teams. The Digital Project Manager will also ensure stakeholder expectations are documented, managed and business benefits delivered in timely manner.   

Job Duties

• Communicating expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising deliverables
• Improving organisation effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering projects
• Working closely with IT Operations for effective handover of projects into Live environment with required documentation and training
• Researching to help define solutions that match defined objectives
• Completing projects by coordinating delivery resources and internal stakeholders
• Verifying results by conducting reviewed of technologies implemented
• Preparing project budgets; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective action
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing standards
• Understanding of Data Protection requirements and project evaluation against Privacy by Design principles
• Contributing to team effort by communicating results and sharing lessons learnt
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Experience with project delivery on these platforms would be expected:
  • Office365 (especially SharePoint)
  • Office desktop application templates
  • Power Platform
  • RPA (UIPath or similar)
  • SalesForce
• Experience with coordination and delivery of IT projects
• Experience with developing budgets
• Strong technical understanding
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Quality Management skills
