Our people

Will Lanyon is a director in our London office’s Transaction Services team supporting PKF’s financial services clients. 

He has specialised in transaction advise for the last six years, undertaking valuations, financial due diligence and financial modelling for financial services businesses, and co-ordinating the work of PKF’s tax and IT due diligence experts. Will works closely with his clients to add value throughout their transactions, providing advice and guidance to help ensure successful transaction completion and a plan for post-deal integration. 

Will trained in PKF’s Financial Services team where he provided external audit services to clients primarily in the insurance sector and gained an in-depth understanding of that market. He continues to advise financial services clients in particular within insurance, wealth management and payment services businesses.
