Shane is a Tax Partner in our Dublin office.

He joined the firm in 2008, worked throughout the organisation and became a partner in 2020. Shane specialises in providing services to diverse clients ranging from indigenous Irish businesses to large multinational organisations. Shane has worked and advised on a range of significant M&A transactions in recent years, both on the buy and sell-side.

Shane oversees the corporate tax department and is responsible for overseeing the provision of tax structuring advice, inward investment, debt structuring and mergers and acquisitions advice.  Shane has significant experience in working with clients in various sectors, including wholesale & distribution, agri-business, property development, professional services, and manufacturing.
