After graduating from Staffordshire University with an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering Sarah spent a number of years in industry. Starting out as a manufacturing engineer she then moved on as a product engineer specialising in new product development.

Seven years ago Sarah moved into R&D consultancy. She started at a boutique company before moving to Moore Stephens/BDO and joined PKF in 2019.

Sarah has advised a wide range of clients including farms, motorsports teams, award winning architects, manufacturing, construction and food and drink companies from small OMB’s to large corporates.

She particularly enjoys building the client relationship, getting to know them and their business and working with them to ensure the process is as efficient as possible leaving them able to concentrate on what they do best. She also enjoys knowing that she has helped the client recoup some money, and even if the company is loss making she can help them get some much needed cash back into the business.
