Ruth leads our Payroll Bureau which is made up of All Island Tax Specialists based both North and South of the Irish border, who are experts on the intricacies and complex reporting requirements within payroll of both tax jurisdictions on the Island of Ireland.

Ruth oversees a payroll bureau servicing more than 300 payroll clients. Ruth enjoys working with the people behind the business ensuring compliance with all aspects of payroll and helping her clients understand the intricacies of payroll tax compliance including benefits in kind and auto-enrolment obligations.

Ruth adds value to her consultancy clients through streamlining and automating their internal payroll and bookkeeping processes. Ruth has a proven track record in preparing clients for NWW, CJRS & PAYE audits with HMRC and Revenue Commissioners.

Ruth is Chartered Management Accountant and started her career in the voluntary sector, gaining 17 years’ industry experience in a leading homeless charity in Northern Ireland.
