Michelle is a Director and head of Advisory in Ireland, supporting fast-growth businesses both north and south of the Irish border.
 
With over 25 years’ experience working with business owners at every stage of the business cycle, Michelle specialises in building long lasting, effective relationship with her clients, quickly gaining an understanding of their business, and delivering tailored solutions to improve performance, secure funding, instil efficiencies and boost growth.
 
Michelle also specialises in public sector consulting, developing one of the largest consulting firms on the Island of Ireland – considered a market leader in their field. Michelle has a strong track record of working with Government departments, Economic Development Agencies, local councils and various publicly funded organisations on commercial, economic, and financial appraisals, value-for-money studies, project evaluations and grant application assistance.
