Martin is a chartered Tax Adviser who for the last 15 years has specialised in the tax aspects of long term reward and management share planning.
He joined PKF in 2017 and leads the share scheme and employee reward offering for the firm assisting companies with rewarding and incentive planning for their staff.
Prior to working for PKF, Martin led the Midlands equity reward team for a Big 4 firm, providing share plan advice to companies ranging from start-ups, and fast growing private equity backed businesses through to FTSE 100 and fortune 50 companies.
He has extensive experience in employee ownership, salary exchange reward programmes, employment related securities, shareholder tax matters and employee share incentive schemes such as EMI. Martin has assisted the management teams of a variety of companies through a range of transactions ranging from take overs and acquisitions to listings on both AIM and the main London market.
