Catherine is a Partner in our London office’s Business Tax team. She specialises in advising on international tax, share incentives, research & development and exit strategies. 

With over 15 years of relevant experience, Catherine is the key point of contact for some of PKF’s most significant tax clients, with overall responsibility for their tax compliance and advisory support. She is a key member of PKF’s International Tax Structuring Committee and is responsible for the tax function of several PKF’s cross-border clients. Catherine is known for her commitment to understanding people and the organisations they run, working with them to provide solutions, resolve problems and present opportunities to help them achieve their objectives as tax efficiently as possible. 

Her clients cover a variety of sectors, including technology, insurance and pharmaceuticals, and range from owner-managed businesses to large international groups, both privately owned and listed.
