Joseph is a Partner in our London office Transaction Services team, supporting capital markets clients.

Joseph specialises in IPOs on the London Stock Exchange and AIM and has experience in private due diligence and acquisitions. He supports clients looking to grow and transform their businesses via complex transactions and fundraises.

Joseph trained in our Business Services team before specialising in capital markets where he has worked for the past five years. Through Joseph’s cross-border experiences he has assisted companies to list with operations in over 25 countries. He continues to advise clients across a range of sectors, including mining, oil and gas, technology and healthcare.
