Graduates
Graduates
You’ve studied hard and got your degree. You want to join a firm that will get your career off to a great start and keep challenging and rewarding you as you progress. How do you choose that firm?
We not only offer you early responsibility and competitive rewards, but also a friendly, supportive environment, working in small teams with lots of partner and client contact from day one. We use two of the UK’s leading exam tuition providers, so you can be assured of high-quality training. You’ll also follow a structured technical and skills programme and attend specialist courses. You’ll be encouraged to develop both personally and professionally and supported as far your ambition will take you!
We offer opportunities for graduates to train as Chartered Accountants (ACA/ACCA) and Tax Advisers (ATT-CTA).
ACA/ACCA
Joining us on our Level 7 apprenticeship training scheme means you’ll be working and studying at the same time, developing knowledge and skills. These will be gained through a combination of off-the-job training and practical experience in the workplace, in order to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, alongside obtaining an industry recognised apprenticeship.
ATT-CTA Tax Pathway
If you join one of our tax teams (Corporate Tax, Private Client Tax, VAT or Human Capital Tax), you’ll be studying the ATT-CTA Tax Pathway, to become dual qualified as a Tax Technician (ATT) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA). The ATT is awarded by the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) and will give you a solid foundation for tax compliance work. The CTA is awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and is the highest level tax qualification in the UK, it will help you to develop your technical advisory knowledge. The Pathway provides an efficient and flexible route into the tax industry, enabling you to specialise in your chosen area of tax from an early stage.
