Phillip is the senior partner in PKF responsible for our work in setting up Academies, and leads our team which to date has worked very successfully on over 30 Academy projects. Having first established our team, Phillip continues to grow our capability and excellent track record in this exciting arena.

Phillip also leads PKF’s full range of services to the education, learning and skills sector, covering business advice , project management, performance improvement, finance, accounting and assurance .

He also brings over 30 years’ experience covering both the public and private sector. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
