External Audit Experts for capacity building projects in Afghanistan, Belize, Sierra Leone, Southern Sudan and Palestine.
PKF (UK) LLP is presently managing and bidding for a number of Technical Assistance projects with Supreme Audit Institutions (SAI) in; Afghanistan, Belize, Sierra Leone, Southern Sudan and Palestine. We presently work for various donor agencies including; The World Bank, DFID and the European Commission. The projects we manage are wide ranging and require various experts with experience of SAIs to work in country on short and long term assignments.
Indicative Expert profile:
- University degree in a relevant discipline and preferable a masters;
- experience working with or for SAIs including the NAO and Audit Commission;
- relevant experience internationally preferably working with Supreme Audit Institutions;
- membership of a professional body (CIPFA, ICAEW etc) is an advantage;
- experience of working with INTOSAI standards and ISAs;
- specific professional disciplines related to this field are also required; law, training, human resources, legal reform;
- senior level management or experience in the management of large development programmes/projects is an advantage and
- fluent in English.
