Charity risk report 2008

The 2008 Risk Survey by PKF and CFDG explores what the sector's risk appetite is.

The whole point of risk management for an organisation is to find a way of keeping risk at a level with which it is comfortable. This level is often called the organisation’s ‘risk appetite’.

In our seventh annual risk survey of the not-for-profit sector, we have identified what the sector’s risk appetite is, how it is determined, how it has changed, the extent to which your risk exposure is outside your appetite, and how you are dealing with this.
