| Biography |
Andrew has worked exclusively in tax practice since 1997. Focussing on corporate and business taxes, Andrew has advised clients ranging from owner-managed business to AIM listed and fully listed companies. Andrew also has experience of advising charities, housing associations and other not for profit organisations.
Areas on which Andrew advises his clients include property acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations, acquisitions , disposals and demergers, and tax issues connected with inbound and outbound investment. Andrew also provides capital tax planning advice to business owners and shareholders. |
