| Biography |
Katherine has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax for over 10 years.
She advises a wide range of clients covering private, quoted and multinational groups on both compliance and tax planning issues.
Katherine’s work includes providing international tax advice, in particular in respect of thin capitalisation, tax residency, re-structuring, the worldwide debt cap rules, withholding taxes and the application of tax treaties. She regularly works with other member firms of PKF International Limited to provide a more holistic approach to cross-border taxation advice.
Katherine also advises in respect of tax investigations and dispute resolution, dealing with local office enquiries through to larger scale cases involving suspected fraud. |
