| Biography |
Mark is the PKF partner responsible for consultancy in the social housing sector.
Having gained over 10 years experience with a quoted facilities management provider, latterly as head of the PFI investment division, Mark established his consultancy career from 2003. Initially focussing on PFI and project finance, Mark has advised a number of Housing Associations, Contractors, Developers and Banks, along with both central government Agencies and Local Authorities.
Mark now leads PKF’s social housing consultancy team, which provides support to the sector including:
- PFI & PPP
- Care & Extra care
- Regeneration
- Public sector consultancy
- Financial advice and business planning
- Regulation and governance.
