| Phil has 22 years experience of corporate and personal tax and holds the Chartered Institute of Taxation’s Advanced Diploma in International Taxation. He has developed a broad and deep experience in advising corporations on the tax implications of structuring, business transformation, financing including AIM flotation, and inward and outward bound overseas investment. Phil's international tax experience includes withholding tax minimisation on profit repatriation, managing the risks from transfer pricing, thin capitalisation and controlled foreign companies’ anti-avoidance rules and tax minimisation on the disposal of overseas assets. |
