| Biography |
Mark Sykes is a Partner in our Assurance and Advisory team based in the North West. He leads the audits for a range of sectors, with specific focus on both technology and communications companies and also the not-for-profit sector.
Mark has worked with a number of high profile companies in the TMT sector including full and AIM listed companies, and a wide range of OMBs.
Mark has spent three years working in industry at EDS, a major Global Firm providing IT services, leading financial negotiations for government contracts including a multi billion pound contract for the unification of existing services. In this role he also acted as the Finance Director of a Billion dollar turnover division undergoing major restructuring, which gives Mark a unique perspective on the issues businesses may face.
Mark has also advised a wide range of national and regional charities and not-for-profit organisations, and heads this sector for our North West Region. |
