| Biography |
Andrew has worked exclusively in Corporate Finance for the last 8 years during which time he has worked in a variety of sectors across a range of deal sizes. He has extensive experience of both lead advisory and due diligence assignments. Andrew's lead advisory experience includes acquisitions, disposals, valuations, fund raising, financial modelling, IBO’s, MBO’s and MBI’s. He also undertaken a wide range of due diligence assignments for banks, venture capitalists, public sector bodies and acquisitive companies.
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification. |
