| Biography |
Denise is the tax partner who heads up the regions corporate and personal tax services. After completing her accounting training at a small firm of Accountants she joined the tax practise of Pricewaterhousecoopers where she specialised in corporate tax matters for eleven years.
She has extensive experience of advising technology companies which are either privately owned or AIM listed and is widely recognised for her knowledge on research and development tax credits. She works closely with entrepreneurs to understand their business ambitions and helps them to efficiently manage both their personal and corporate tax affairs. She has provided valuable tax input on many transactions both small and large including management buyouts, private equity deals, demergers and AIM listings.
Denise has also advised a number of not for profit and charitable organisations e.g. Housing Associations, Universities and Student Unions on the application charitable taxation exemptions. |
