| Biography |
Stephen is a Director in the East Anglian Corporate finance team, working across the region’s 3 offices in Norwich, Ipswich and Great Yarmouth.
With more than 24 years’ experience in the Accountancy profession, Stephen is also holder of the Institute’s Advanced Diploma Corporate Finance qualification and for the last 10 years has dedicated his time to advising clients on deals across a range of industry sectors.
He has advised shareholders and management teams on business acquisitions, disposals and buy-outs, as well as valuations, due diligence assignments and equity and debt fundraising/ refinancing. |
