| Biography |
James leads PKF’s forensic services practice in Yorkshire and the North East of England.
He has specialised as a forensic accountancy practitioner since 1999, conducting investigations into fraud and accounting irregularities, assisting defendants pursuant to allegations of white collar crime and confiscation proceedings, and assisting clients involved in a range of commercial and family disputes involving litigation, international arbitration, mediation and expert determination.
As well as his work advising parties involved in legal disputes, James also regularly advises pension scheme trustees as to the strength of employer companies as part of scheme valuations or Regulator clearance applications.
James is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Practising Associate of the Academy of Experts, a member of the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association and a member of various matrimonial Collaborative Law ‘pods’ in the north of England.
He presents regularly to law firms on forensic accountancy topics. |
