| Biography |
Marios is a Partner in the corporate tax department. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 20 years experience of providing taxation services to a wide range of clients, from small owner managed businesses to large listed groups.
He has acted for numerous organisations on a variety of tax issues and has a particular specialisation in the real estate and financial services sectors. He has advised property clients on transactions and tax efficient property and collective fund structures, including tax advice on the formation of a £1 billion property fund based in the UK, with a mixture of UK and overseas investors. He is also very active in the social housing arena and has worked closely with many housing associations, local authorities and associated entities.
Marios also heads our London & South East Real Estate BD team and regularly presents at seminars and contributes to press and professional articles. |
