Jane is a Partner and head of tax in Liverpool. She is an experienced business adviser and tax professional with a specific focus on the entrepreneurial business and individual. She provides commercially focused tax advice in an easy to understand manner. Jane has a particular expertise in developing tax efficient strategies and providing innovative tax solutions to clients both within the UK and overseas. She has advised a broad range of businesses from owner-managed companies to large corporate groups and offshore entities.
Her work includes looking at the business and its shareholders in their entirety to ensure any tax planning and structuring is relevant and applicable as not all parties have the same objectives.
