She trained with PKF and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland in 1991, becoming a partner in 1999.

Her experience includes coordinating the firm's services to a number of our largest clients, from privately owned entrepreneurial businesses, through to multi-national companies listed on AIM and the London Stock Exchange. She has been particularly involved in advising businesses on the systems and controls necessary to manage growth and the financial reporting systems required for cross border operations, including the implications of the transition to IFRS.

Her experience covers a wide range of industries, with a particular focus in recent years on service sectors including financial services, technology, property & construction.

Rosemary has represented the firm on a number of external professional committees on financial reporting and auditing matters.
