| Biography |
Charles is an Assurance and Advisory partner with over 25 years experience advising owner – managed businesses and smaller listed companies. During this time Charles has built up a wealth of experience in a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality & leisure and care homes and he also has a portfolio of professional service firms, including LLPs, for whom he provides regular business and financial advice. Alongside the audit and advisory role Charles has also completed corporate finance assignments for his clients including due diligence and lead advisory.
Charles is author of our Annual Survey of the Top Scottish Legal Firms, a member of the PKF Football Industry Group – a business sector he knows very well having worked with more than a dozen UK football clubs. He has also served a 3 year term as an elected member of PKF Council, the body which is responsible for the firm’s strategy and interests of its partners. |
