| Biography |
| Ian has been a tax partner with the firm since 1996. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He deals with all aspects of both corporate and personal tax. He has extensive experience of advising owners of businesses with regard to their own and their business’s tax strategies. He also regularly advises on the tax aspects of corporate finance transactions. In addition he has extensive experience in employee remuneration planning. |
