Bob is a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 25 years of experience of delivering assurance and taxation advice to owner managed businesses.
Bob specialises in delivering audit and other assurance services to a wide range of Limited Companies and other entities. Advice in this area includes International financial reporting standards as well as UK GAAP. Clients range from International Companies and subsidiaries of foreign groups to small family owned companies.
He also provides all aspects of tax planning including corporate, personal, partnership and international tax.
Clients include medical and professional practices, international subsidiary and group organisations.
Bob also leads the Small Business Services team providing business planning, fund raising, management accounts and Payroll and VAT services to growing businesses. |
