| Biography |
Brian is in is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. He is also a member of R3 Council.
Brian is active in advising companies and trustees of defined benefit pension schemes on the strength of the employer’s covenant, whether for specific scheme funds or evaluating the affect of transactions.
He has also been rescuing distressed businesses for many years with and without formal insolvency proceedings. His experience covers a wide range of industries. He has been the Administrator of two high profile F1 racing teams and several motor dealerships, and Administrator of a number of well known chains of retail outlets including a shopping TV channel. |
