| Billy has over 30 years experience in indirect taxes, both as a senior officer with customs and since 1988 as a specialist VAT advisor in the accountancy profession, including 13 years with big 4 firms. Billy leads PKF's northern region’s growing Indirect tax practice in providing both clients and non-clients with high quality VAT advice and assistance at value for money rates.
