| Mark is partner in charge of the Leeds office and heads up PKF's corporate finance practice in the North of England. He has over 12 years experience as a dedicated corporate finance specialist in the Yorkshire market and is particularly concerned with management advisory assignments and due diligence reviews for off-market, AIM and PLUS Markets Group transactions. His experience covers a wide range of sectors with particular focus on the food, engineering and leisure industries. Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
