| Biography |
Mark is a partner within PKF's management consultancy services department and specialises in financial and business modelling audit, assurance and advisory related services.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with 18 years’ experience across many areas of corporate finance and structured lending. He has ten years’ dedicated experience and expertise in the provision of services to the Project Finance and PPP/PFI sectors, including: financial modelling; financial model audit/review, financial advisory and bid support services; specialist accounting and tax advice; and equity valuation and secondary market transactional support.
PKF’s national financial team’s experience spans projects throughout the UK and Europe, and across the globe, including working collaboratively with PKF International Limited member on the provision of model audits and associated ‘local’ accounting and tax advice |
