| Biography |
Jason has over 15 years' experience of corporate transactions. He is an economics graduate, a Chartered Accountant and has been granted the ICAEW’s CF diploma. He specialises in transaction support, providing “due diligence” advice to acquiring companies (listed and private) and MBO teams, as well as to banks and private equity houses. He acts as reporting accountant on flotation assignments.
He has a depth of experience across a range of industry sectors including retail, distribution, financial services, manufacturing, technology, property and motor. |
