| Anne is a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 25 years experience in all aspects in insolvency, and has dealt with a number of large trading receiverships and administrations. These include businesses in the retail sector, construction and football clubs. She has also been appointed Liquidator in the winding up of a variety of different companies. Anne also has experience of Personal Insolvency cases, many with property portfolios which involve dealing with lenders and all issues associated with properties – both complete and incomplete, with and without tenants. She has effectively advised both clients and business contacts on debt recovery procedures. |
