| Biography |
| Hugh heads the forensic services and corporate finance teams. He has specialised in corporate finance for 10 years, including two years in commerce and a secondment to the Competition Commission, before joining the forensic accounting team seven years ago. His specialisms include larger commercial litigation and professional negligence claims, breach of warranty actions, fraud investigations, business and intellectual property valuations and business interruption claims. Hugh has given evidence in various "forums" including court, before inspectors appointed by the DTI, in international tribunals and in arbitrations. Sectors within which Hugh has particular expertise include corporate finance, leasing, and vehicle distribution and retailing. |
