| Biography |
Keith Ferguson is a Corporate Services partner and has been providing Assurance and Advisory services for over 20 years to clients in East Anglia.
Keith is a member of the PKF UK Corporate Finance Board and he has many years experience in providing strategic advice to shareholders and management involved in transactions including company valuations, disposals and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, due diligence, reorganisations, fund raising and venture capital.
Keith is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and also a holder of the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification. |
