| Biography |
Phillip is the partner who established and leads PKF's growing public sector services, covering management consultancy, and assurance and advisory services.
He brings over 30 years' experience, covering performance and efficiency improvement, strategic and business planning, commercial and financial advice, competition development and regulation in both the public and private sector. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Phillip also leads our fast expanding educational services advisory group, working with many of the public and private sector organisations involved in raising education and learning standards.
