| Biography |
Patrick has extensive corporate finance experience encompassing both lead advisory and due diligence assignments. He has been active in the South Yorkshire market for over 10 years and has worked on a full range of assignments including, acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, MBI’s, strategic reviews and company valuations.
Patrick is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification. He began his career in manufacturing before moving into venture capital. Patrick’s experience covers a wide range of industry sectors, from traditional engineering through to renewable energy. |
