Alistair Kelsey is a Director of Corporate Finance based in London. With more than eight years experience in corporate finance, he has extensive experience of leading a wide range of due diligence and financial reviews for flotations, private transactions, private equity and debt fundraisings, as well as company valuations and strategic reviews.
