| Biography |
Jason is a partner in our assurance and advisory department.
His current portfolio covers a broad range of businesses, from groups quoted on AIM, the Official List or TSX, through to private equity backed businesses and large owner-managed businesses. Many of his clients have a cross-border aspect to their business and he is used to managing issues arising from multi-national reporting.
Jason has a particular interest in the mineral resources sector and has clients involved in base and precious metals, gemstones and oil and gas projects. He is also part of our financial services team and has experience of investment managers, VCTs, open-ended investment companies as well as closely related businesses, such as pension schemes.
Jason’s clients, outside of mineral resources and financial services, cover a broad range of industry sectors including utilities, professional services, media, IT and care providers.
Jason returned to the firm in 2005 after spending two years at a FTSE 100 company where he was responsible for the group's management and financial reporting and was a key part of the team dealing with IFRS implementation. Since returning to PKF, Jason has also focussed on providing advice to clients and staff on the application and interpretation of IFRS. |
