| Charles Cox is an audit partner in PKF’s general practice department. A Fellow of the ICAEW, his extensive audit and advisory experience includes pension funds, private companies, listed companies, public sector entities and charities. As head of the 80-strong national charities team Charles oversees the services provided by PKF to over 400 charity clients. He specialises in advising charities on governance, risk management and commercial issues, and delivers tailored seminars and briefings to charity clients. Charles has responsibility for the preparation of the annual charities risk management survey and report published jointly by PKF and the Charity Finance Directors’ Group. Involved with many charity and not-for-profit sector groups and the Charity Law Association, he contributes to the debate on emerging issues. In a personal capacity, Charles is chairman of a charity which provides advice on business start-up in Hackney. He is actively involved as a youth leader in Hornchurch, Essex, and has led three expeditions to Kenya which have been involved in development projects benefiting children. |
