| Malcolm specialises in corporate finance and leads the West Midlands corporate finance team. He joined the firm from industry and has particular expertise in business strategy, MBO’s and MBI’s, mergers, acquisitions, due diligence and transaction support. He has handled a wide range of deals in a range of industries specialising in property and construction, professional services, engineering, IT / communications and distribution / wholesale.
