Start a career at PKF
Don’t choose between education and experience – you can have both! If you have a 2:1 degree or better and 280 UCAS points, you can start work at PKF while studying for a broad range of accounting qualifications. On-the-job coaching means you can develop your career without putting it on hold.
Your training and qualifications
You can study for an accountancy qualification while working with the firm full-time, for example; Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (CA)
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
A highly relevant targeted combination of study and practical experience, recognised worldwide for nearly 100 years.
Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA)
CIPFA members can be found working in every kind of public body, although the qualification is equally valued in the private sector.
We also take trainees who are part qualified with the Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales (ACA). Chartered Accountants are employed in all areas of business, including the public sector.

Make no mistake – qualifying as an accountant is a challenge. The three year course combined with practical experience is intensive, and a full day’s work must regularly be followed by hours of study. But we’ll support and advise you every step of the way, and try to make it fun as well. We have a reputation for quality because we expect our students to excel – and with our help, they do.
